By engaging the services of Sway With Light, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or attending any session.
Sway With Light provides clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy, wellness coaching, and related therapeutic services. All services are delivered by qualified practitioners and are intended to complement — not replace — medical or psychiatric treatment.
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. Sessions for minors (under 18) require written consent from a parent or legal guardian and may require involvement of the guardian throughout the process.
Clients with active psychosis, severe personality disorders, epilepsy, or certain other conditions may not be suitable for hypnotherapy. Your practitioner will conduct a thorough intake assessment to determine suitability before commencing treatment.
Cancellation policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee.
No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged at the full session rate.
Practitioner cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost.
Session fees are as advised by your practitioner at the time of booking. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sway With Light does not offer refunds for completed sessions. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us and we will work to resolve the matter in good faith.
All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Your practitioner will not disclose any information to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law or where there is an immediate risk of serious harm to you or others. Online sessions are conducted via secure video call. You are responsible for ensuring you have a private, safe, and comfortable environment for the duration of the session. You should not participate in online hypnotherapy sessions while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where entering a relaxed or altered state of awareness would be unsafe.
All session materials, scripts, resources, and content provided by Sway With Light practitioners are the intellectual property of Sway With Light. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any materials without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sway With Light and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific session in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on our website. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
